This significant development comes alongside a change in leadership, with Alessandro Coppo appointed as CEO replacing Tristan Money on February 8th, 2024. The new brand and name reveal was made during an internal launch event, live streamed from Amsterdam, London and Barcelona; this event connected all offices and manufacturing plants across Europe in a virtual gathering. Tristan Money passed the leadership baton to Alessandro Coppo, after nine years at the helm, during which he successfully delivered the merger with Photobox in January 2022.

Alessandro Coppo, a seasoned leader with over 25 years of industry experience, is the CEO to lead Storio group into an exciting future. Alessandro’s career, marked by 8 years at Boston Consulting Group and a 17-year tenure at eBay, saw him spearhead the expansion of eBay Classifieds Group from $300M to over $1B in revenues. His strategic focus on connecting people through innovative technology and creating safe, enjoyable commerce experiences is a testament to his ability to drive growth and transformation. This experience aligns perfectly with the ethos and aspirations of Storio group.
